Watch the video to know more. <br /><br />Ingredients: <br />1/2 cup of Plain Flour ( Maida ) <br />1/3 cup of Semolina ( Sooji / Rawa ) <br />1/4 cup of Castor Sugar <br />1/4 cup of Clarified Butter <br />1 tbsp Whole Wheat Flour <br />Cardamom Powder <br /><br />Method: <br />- Mix plain flour, semolina, castor Sugar, wheat flour, in a bowl. <br />- Add clarified butter little by little and start kneading. <br />- Add water in little quantities to make a nice dough. <br />- Make small balls from the dough, make a dent in the middle, take a pinch of cardamom, put it in and seal it well. Put it on a baking tray. <br />- Refrigerate for 10mins and take it out. <br />- Put it into oven and bake it at 120 - 140 degree Celsius. <br />- Bake it till golden Brown in color, which would take about 20 - 25mins. <br />- The Nan Khatai is ready to be served with tea or coffee.
